This brief discusses five things student affairs administrators should know about a restorative justice approach to campus sexual misconduct. It explains the restorative justice approach promoted by the Campus PRISM Project; this approach embraces a “whole campus” response including restorative circles for sexual assault prevention efforts, restorative responses to incidents of
misconduct, and reentry circles for students returning from suspension.
