This OnDemand module will provide examples of the many directions available to support this growing population of students.
The Adult Learners and Students with Children KC members know that advocating for pregnant and parenting students is often seen as an overwhelming task. The intent of this module is to provide NASPA members with a list of examples (not all inclusive) of the many directions from which an institution may choose to approach supporting this growing population of students. Ideally, the examples and resources will aid you in starting a conversation on your campus.
OnDemand modules are asynchronous, meaning you move at your own pace. This module covers the following subjects:
- Resources, Conversation Starters, and Innovative Ideas
- Lactation Rooms
- Family Friendly Acitivities & Visiblity Events
