Using Students' Voices to Empower Engagement with Badging Programs

Are you looking to gamify the student experience?  Does your institution help students understand their skill development through co-curricular experiences?  In this session the presenters will share how the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology Student Association developed and launched a badging framework in collaboration with student leaders.  The team will talk through the journey of establishing the framework, creating buy-in with other areas of campus, measuring success, and discuss some unexpected benefits as a result of the process.
