Recently, collaborative efforts between student affairs and academic affairs have been encouraged as an effective strategy for maximizing resources and levels of students' success. The gap in most institutional models of collaboration is formally involving students as collaborators and contributors to learning, both inside and outside the classroom. This session will explore the cultural differences of the three groups. The presenters will highlight the values, strengths, challenges, and opportunities for including students as partners.
