A well-informed parent is an empowered parent, and at East Carolina University, the Division of Student Affairs has developed a collaborative approach for reaching one of our most important resources. The Office of Parent and Family Programs is just one department that has led the shift in messaging to this next generation of parents. With support from our Communications Team, Dean of Students and other key offices, this presentation will focus on the recent efforts to reach, inform, and reassure our students’ families.
