The College Diabetes Network is the only nonprofit organization dedicated to helping young adults with diabetes navigate their transition to independence. In this webinar, CDN will discuss the realities of living with diabetes on campus, and how members of organizations like NASPA can use CDN resources to best support their students on campus with diabetes.

Learning Outcomes

As a result of participating in this session, attendees will:

  • become familiar with CDN as an organization;
  • understand how you as NASPA members can support students with diabetes; 
  • obtain an increased understanding of diabetes on campus; and
  • become informed about specific resources aimed at professionals who can support their students with diabetes.
