This session will give new practitioners practical tools to assess student development. The goal is for new professionals to be able to create their own assessments successfully. 

This webinar will help new practitioners identify strategies to assess student leadership. We will dive into the purpose, how to create, and how to execute 4 different assessment strategies. The participant will be able to navigate which strategy is best for the situation they are facing. The goal is to give new professionals a few tools in their assessment tool box.

Learning Outcomes

As a result of participating in the Assessing Student Leadership session, practitioners will be able to:

  • identify strategies to assess student leadership; andAssessment, Evaluation, and Research KC and Student Leadership; and
  • articulate the value of different strategies of student leadership.
