New OTR Article in 2020 KC Online Publication

Every year the NASPA Knowledge Communities (KCs) come together to create an online publication featuring research and perspectives related to the focus of each of the KCs. We are excited to share that the 2020 NASPA Knowledge Communities Online Publication has officially been released! We are even more excited to share that two members of our Orientation, Transition and Retention (OTR) Leadership Team contributed to this publication. Julia Stanton (Research Co-Coordinator for OTR KC and Director of Orientation at Loyola Marymount University) and Keith Frazee (Research Co-Coordinator for OTR KC and Assistant Vice President and Chief of Staff for Student Services and Enrollment Management at the University of Oregon) wrote an article titled "Not Done Recruiting: Reframing Orientation Within the College Recruitment Cycle."
