This award recognizes the dedication and service of a NASPA member in promoting the profession of student affairs, students, and the Latinx/a/o Knowledge Community overall. This individual serves as a mentor and exudes a passion and dedication to advocating for the success of Latinx/a/o individuals in higher education. To be eligible for the award, the recipient must be a member of NASPA and have considerable dedication to the service of the profession of student affairs.
