NASPA MS - Spirit of Diversity Award (Any Level)
This recipient exemplifies the spirit of diversity as it applies to a commitment and appreciation for diversity and inclusion. Additionally, the recipient has proved leadership and direction in fostering a culture of appreciation for multicultural values and the acceptance of individual and group differences. This could be through work with students, faculty or staff.
Requirements

NASPA MS - Region III Rising Star Award (New Professional)
The Rising Star Award recognizes the outstanding contributions by a new professional in student affairs. Nominators should consider nominees that demonstrate initiative, contribute to programs that address the needs of students and institutions, create campus environments that promote student learning and personal development, and contribute work that supports the advancement of student support in higher education. Self-nominations are encouraged. This professional has worked 1-4 years in the student affairs field and has contributed in various ways to the student culture on campus.

NASPA MS - Outstanding Contribution to Student Serivce & Engagement (Any Level)
The purpose of this award is to recognize a professional’s work at the campus level in the area of student support and programs. This recipient makes contributions above and beyond the assigned duties of their position and has a significant impact on student life at their institution.

NASPA MS - Future Student Affairs Leader Award (Graduate Student)
The Future Leader Award recognizes the outstanding contributions by a graduate student. Nominators should consider nominees that have made a significant contribution to their campus, demonstrated academic achievement, exceeded the expectations of their respective leadership positions, assumed a leadership role at their institution and demonstrated an interest in the field of student affairs, and/or higher education.
