NASPA Region II invites you to join us this January for a learning symposium, to network, and to be inspired! This one-day conference is aimed at providing undergraduate, graduate, and new professionals an opportunity to explore careers within the field and connect with others. More detailed information pertaining to the schedule and featured speakers is forthcoming in the near future. This opportunity is open to all, including non-members; under/graduate students and new professionals are highly encouraged to attend.
We invite you to join us downstate at Teachers College, Columbia University (TC) (New York City, New York) on Monday, January 8, 2024 or upstate at D'Youville University (Buffalo, New York) on Wednesday, January 10, 2024.

We invite you to join us for a free virtual conference on Monday, January 8, 2024 in lieu of the in-person experience at Teachers College and D’Youville University. Registration as a member is based on individual membership status at the time of the event. If your current membership will expire prior to the event, you will have the option to renew at the time of registration to receive the member rate.
If you are not a current member and are employed by a college or university that is an institutional member, you can join as a professional affiliate member for $80. If your institution is NOT a member, you can join as an associate affiliate member for $250. Both membership types provide access to the individual member rate for the event. Join us for an engaging opening keynote conversation with Dr. Joe Bertolino, President of Stockton University, and NASPA Region II Regional Director, Dr. Jeffrey Putman, as they discuss his journey through enrollment management and student affairs to being a college president.
Dr. Joe Bertolino, President, Stockton University
Joe Bertolino, Ed.D. (he/him), was named the sixth President of Stockton University on March 3, 2023.
President Joe, as he is affectionately known, has been a social justice educator for almost 30 years and is passionate about student success and access to higher education.
Since 2016, Dr. Bertolino has led Southern Connecticut State University, a public institution of 9,000 students in New Haven, Connecticut. There, he has pursued several key priorities, including: raising the university’s profile; establishing Southern as Connecticut’s public university for social justice; expanding community outreach and partnerships, building strategic enrollment and streamlining students’ paths to earning a degree.
