2023 NASPA Region III Summer Symposium brings together the best of Orlando with NASPA Region III !

2023 NASPA Region III Summer Symposium will be held in sunny Orlando, Florida from June 8-11, 2023.  The Summer Symposium will bring together at least 300 student affairs practicioners for in-person shared learning experiences, networking, and future planning. ​

Region III is dedicated to serving the needs of NASPA members in what would broadly be described as the Southeastern United States. Our regional challenge is to fulfill the national mission by offering professionally relevant and personally meaningful activities to NASPA members in our geographic area, which encompasses the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia; the Central American country of Mexico; the Caribbean Islands of the Bahamas, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago; the Bermuda Islands; the African countries of Kenya, Nigeria, and South Africa; the Eastern European country of Bulgaria; the Middle Eastern countries of Kuwait, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates; and the East Asian countries of Taiwan and Japan.

2023 Sponsorship levels are:

• Platinum: $10,000 - (Opportunity to sponsor a premium event) includes all listed sponsorship benefits and possibility of a designated program session.

• Gold: $7500 (Opportunity to sponsor a premium event) - includes sponsorship benefits #3-#12.

• Silver: $5,000 - (Opportunity to sponsor a refreshment break or constituent reception) - includes sponsorship benefits #4-#12.

• Bronze: $2500 - (Opportunity to sponsor a Pre-conference Session) includes sponsorship benefits #7-#12.

• Exhibitor Opportunities: Price varies - (Opportunity for your team to maintain a vendor space throughout the symposium) - includes benefits #8-#12

• In Kind Sponsorship - (Provide goods or services i.e badges, lanyards, other support service for the Summer Symposium) - includes sponsorship benefits #8-#12

 Interested in being an exhibitor?

Your company may consider being an exhibitor at the symposium. (Please note: exhibitor tables are already included with the first four sponsorship levels.) Exhibitors will be placed near heavily trafficked areas of The Swan and Dolphin conference center to maximize visibility and contact.  These areas are utilized mostly pre- and post-keynotes and educational sessions.
