2021 Region IV-E Womxn In Student Affairs Virtual Conference
Regional/Area Virtual Events Career and Workforce Development Equity, Inclusion and Social Justice Region IV-E Womxn in Student Affairs
November 7, 2021 Virtual Conference
The NASPA Womxn in Student Affairs (WISA) Region IV-East Drive-In Conference was developed twenty years ago with the intent every other year of providing womxn in our region with a platform to give voice to our needs as student affairs professionals. This year, like no other, has offered life-changing experiences that have empowered and challenged many of us to rise above the status quo into shattering ceilings. We have tapped into our reservoir of courage to proclaim there is, “no day like today, no year like this year, and no self like myself” to celebrate the beauty in our diversity as womxn.
We are excited to share that our 10th Biannual Drive-In Conference will be in partnership with the Regional Conference to offer a no-cost virtual conference experience on Sunday, November 7th.
The 2021 10th Biannual WISA Region IV-East Drive-In Conference will be held virtual to celebrate our history and amplify the voices of womxn in our field while inspiring womxn to share their stories of strength, perseverance, and resiliency during this last year. In addition, during the regional conference we will connect in person to continue to build on the strength and beauty of our community. This year's theme will remain, "Shattering Ceilings - No day like today, no year like this year, no self like myself.” We hope you join us in celebrating our 10th conference year virtually and in-person!
