What’s your mindset about negotiation? Do you know the value of your work? How do you negotiate and where do you begin? There’s more to  pay equity than just your salary! This briefing will highlight myths and trends of the gender pay gap and provide insight on negotiation for women in student affairs. We will reflect on the critical mindset that women may have about the process of negotiation and how to overcome those barriers. Participants will also learn useful strategies and resources to empower themselves to ask for what they want and deserve!
