AERKC Leadership Team Spotlights
Throughout Careers in Student Affairs Month, the AERKC will be spotlighting our wonderful leadership team members to help members connect with the KC.
Here's Tim Bono, our Region IV-W representative for the AERKC:
I have spent the last 11 years in Student Affairs Assessment and currently serve as Associate Dean for Student Affairs and Director of Research & Analytics at Washington University in St. Louis. A psychologist by training, I have special interest in mental health outcomes for college students and the behaviors that most strongly promote well-being.
I am grateful to be part of the Assessment, Evaluation, and Research Knowledge Community, as it has allowed me to strengthen the connections I have been so fortunate to develop over the last decade within NASPA, as well as to give back to this organization that has been so helpful to me in my career. I hope our work collectively provides similar opportunities for those newer to the field and ultimately strengthens the empirical base upon which our field rests. I especially enjoy working collaboratively with other assessment leaders throughout the country as we consider the most effective data collection efforts that can make our campuses more accessible, equitable, inclusive, and flourishing.
