Dr. Rick has been highly engaged in the campus life development from architectural design, staffing and program of the Queretaro, Mexico Campus. He provides staff development and support activities for student affairs ASUQ.  He is also the Director/Associate Professor of College Student Personnel Services Master’s Degree Program. 36-hour master’s degree program fully online. Former Vice Chancellor Student Affairs/Enrollment Management of Arkansas State University. Led the development of multiple construction projects to transform campus life.
