Kimberlie Moockall has served Eastern Illinois University since 2011, overseeing new student orientation, transition initiatives, parent and family programs, transfer engagement, and the military student assistance center. Previously, she worked as the executive assistant to the vice president for enrollment management at Chapman University. She holds a master’s degree in educational administration and curriculum and instruction and a bachelor’s degree in in movement exercise science, education, and athletic training from Chapman University. She authored the chapter “Planning for Special Populations” in the 2014 edition of the Orientation Planning Manual by NODA: Association for Orientation, Transition & Retention in Higher Education, and was the recipient of the 2015 NODA Region V Outstanding Orientation, Transition & Retention Professional of the Year.
