Ayanna Jackson currently leads the Learning & Development function at National Public Radio (NPR) in Washington DC – one of America’s most well-known public media news sources. In her role, she facilitates in-house career development sessions, management training and development, and provides career coaching for interns, temps, and career professionals.
Ms. Jackson holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from Clark Atlanta University and a Masters in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Michigan State University. She’s built her HR career in several Fortune 500 companies including General Electric, Starbucks Coffee Company, and Harris Corporation. Her areas of expertise include training & development, performance management, career development, and job search strategies.
