Community College Sessions
Community College Sessions
Join us at the regional Town Hall for Community Colleges: Problem Solving with Others, You Are Not Alone.
As community college leaders, dozens of questions and issues have arisen due to COVID-19. We have been forced to review policies, procedures, and how to still meet our objectives and goals through a more virtual environment. In this session, we are hosting a Town Hall to share best practices with each other as we move through these unprecedented times at our institutions, in our communities, and in higher education. This time will be dedicated to your questions and areas of concern to hear what your fellow peers are doing to address similar issues. The questions are endless, and we invite you to submit questions to b.ivelisse@bellevuecollege.edu to get the conversation going.

Mid-Level Professionals Sessions
Equity Based Supervision During COVID
Supervision is a complex part of many student affairs practitioners’ job duties and supervision during a pandemic creates even more complexity. The pandemic, along with protests due to continued state sanctioned violence, has continued to illuminate inequitable systems within society and in our profession. In this conversational session, three practitioners discuss tangible ways to employ equity as a framework in supervision through the pandemic and afterward.
