URGENT ALERT

On October 1, 2012, NASPA will launch a new and improved online system for Annual Conference registration. This enhanced service will allow you to register for the conference and reserve your hotel at the same time. Registration in the current system will be shut down at 11:59 p.m. EST on Sunday, September 23, 2012, to allow for uploading and testing of current data. Online registration will reopen on Monday, October 1, 2012, at 12:01 a.m. EST. Housing will also open at that time. It is not necessary to register prior to the shutdown date, as the new system will make registering and reserving housing much easier and faster.

With the Dear Colleague letter and changes to Title IX and the increased scrutiny of campus safety and security, student affairs educators are at the forefront of these discussions. NASPA has partnered to bring together professionals in both student affairs and law to provide current legal information per case law; recommend examples from various higher education institutions; and offer the opportunity to discuss, dissect, and bridge theory to practice. 2013 NASPA Mental Health Conference and Alcohol, Other Drug and Violence Prevention Conference - Call for Programs!

NASPA will hold the 8th annual NASPA Mental Health Conference and the 6th annual NASPA Alcohol, Other Drug Abuse and Violence Prevention Conference from January 17 - 19, 2013 at the Renaissance Fort Worth in Fort Worth, Texas. The Call for Programs and registration is live for both conferences with a deadline of October 26th!
