Professional Development Curriculum

NASPA has implemented a professional development curriculum to assist you in making your professional development experiences more intentional and purposeful at NASPA events. By using the NASPA Professional Development Curriculum, continuing education courses and professional development programs will help to supplement formal degree programs in student affairs and higher education. The following six-cell matrix is designed to make program choices more intentional in order to bolster your own professional development during NASPA conferences, workshops, and institutes.

Program descriptions will indicate which cell the session applies and you can focus your learning on one or more of these cells during your conference experiences. Look for the icon that represents each as you make your selections.
