If you are a past NASPA member and your membership has lapsed, please download the 2008 – 2009 Individual Membership Application (Microsoft RTF Document) and fax completed form (with payment information) to Membership Services at 202.797-1157 or send completed application (with check made payable to NASPA) to Drawer No. 0023 Washington, DC 20073-0023.
